Really good service. Almost instant email replies, even in the evening. Sorted out a fourth seat on Royal Jordanian airlines, after originally being told there were only three available. Only one small complaint - we were told that aeroplane seats were being pre-assigned, but then they weren't, and on-line check-in didn't work.

Tom was really helpful and suggested location and hotels for our trip that were great really suited us. All the information and booking details were comprehensive and received in good time to plan our travels. We were also very pleased at both the response time and details provided when we asked for supplementary information planning an activity for the first day of our holiday.

All of the hotels booked for us were of high quality and all travel arrangements worked well. We had one unexpected bonus. We arrived in New Orleans to find there was the annual free music festival to start on the following day. An excellent event which added to the overall enjoyment of the trip. In retrospect, we should have flown from Atlanta to New Orleans instead of travelling by train as this was a very long journey. Listened to some great free music in all three cities - New Orleans, Memphis and Nashville.

We always get good advice and a well organised trip from Tom at 'On Your Travels". So will continue to use them and continue recommending them to our family and friends.

We traveled to Nairobi with British Airways we could have continued on to Kilimanjaro airport as there was a connecting plane. We could have then spent two nights at Serena mountain view instead of staying overnight in Nairobi and getting up extremely early to catch the plane to Kilimanjaro.
Our return flight from Zanzibar could have been delayed until 1900 hours as the B.A. Flight did not leave until 23.50, the same time as the Kenya Airways flight. This would allow us extra time in Zanzibar and not 5 hours at Nairobi airport waiting for our flight.
The holiday itself was excellent everything was perfect from our pickups, Julius who drove our transport and the lodges we stayed in. I would have no hesitation in recommending this holiday and your company it was fabulous.

Our Croatian holiday was absolutely first class. The hotel was excellent - staff, room, food and facilities and in a brilliant location. Transfers to and from airport worked very smoothly indeed. We were within very easy access of Dubrovnik..15 minutes walk. Tom arranged flights and check-in for us and nothing was too much trouble. The 2 tours to Mostar and Montenegro also arranged by Tom were terrific apart from hugely long wait at border controls which was unavoidable and normal for the countries concerned. We have recommended Tom to our freinds and family.

The arrangement and service for the holiday provided by On Your Travels was good and detailed.
Unfortunately there were some aspects of the holiday that, in hindsight, could and should have been better explained.
I would use On Your Travels again but probably not a Collette holiday.

Could have been a bit more precise about the location of the hotel in Marrakech.
We had expected it to be nearer the centre of the Medina instead of right at the edge in an area where there were no restaurants or much else so rather inconvenient.

The Eurostar journey from St Pancras to Brussels was on time. As was the return trip. Both stations were busy when boarding.

The Park Lane hotel in Brussels was very close to the station as we requested. We had excellent service. The hotel was clean. The room was very large and well laid out with comfortable beds.
The breakfast had a great variety of quality food.

To sum up the short break was a great success.

Tom found us the most amazing holiday in Canada. We travelled from Calgary to Banff where we joined the Rocky Mountaineer for 2 days, finishing in Vancouver. We can't wait to go back.

Very reliable service from friendly staff. Yes, I would recommend and would definitely use again. Just a couple of things that we wished we had known prior to booking and on the holiday: Arriving in Jasper, it would have helped to know about the regular shuttle bus from Patricia Street, close to the station, which is run by the Fairmont Hotel to and from town at no cost to passengers.

Also, we could have missed out the night's stay in Calgary (or had an extra night in the lovely town of Banff) as the transfer from Banff to Calgary dropped people off at the airport en route for the Sandman Hotel, at just the right time to check in for the early evening flight. The Sandman was OK, but having issues with its lift due to some renovations.

Tom at On Your Travels was first class. he organised all aspects of our last minute trip very efficiently, and the hotel and transfers were faultless and effortless.

Our holiday in Malta went without hitch. Pick up from airport and transfer back was smooth and efficient. Hotel/self catering apartment was basic but clean and good value for money. The rep was also efficient and helped us book tours that we wanted to do as well as giving us valuable information about the island and how the transport system worked.

Gave some good options on islands for Maldives and research and opinions about flights was also good saving us money but, still giving great service from Sri Lankan airlines.
All documents were sent in good time and communication throughout was always punctual, knowledgable and efficient. Also received prompts/reminders to ensure our passports were in date and we had got our required visas for Sri Lanka.
