Very pleased with the efficient service. We thought we would have to cancel our holiday, losing our deposit, as it was too late to transfer it under the rules of the particular holiday company we were with. Tom was really helpful and managed to transfer it for us to this year without any penalty. We would definitely book through On Your Travels again.
