Very reliable service from friendly staff. Yes, I would recommend and would definitely use again. Just a couple of things that we wished we had known prior to booking and on the holiday: Arriving in Jasper, it would have helped to know about the regular shuttle bus from Patricia Street, close to the station, which is run by the Fairmont Hotel to and from town at no cost to passengers.

Also, we could have missed out the night's stay in Calgary (or had an extra night in the lovely town of Banff) as the transfer from Banff to Calgary dropped people off at the airport en route for the Sandman Hotel, at just the right time to check in for the early evening flight. The Sandman was OK, but having issues with its lift due to some renovations.
