  Krabi Holidays
Go to hotels in Thailand To many, Krabi is the best of Thailand's resorts due to the dramatic picture postcard scenery, soft white sandy beaches, and laid back lifestyle. This is an unspoiled region of outstanding natural beauty, with huge limestone cliffs soaring out of the turquoise sea. The main tourist area Ao Nang has a few local bars and restaurants, although most of the hotels are a short distance away.
A visit to one of the offshore islands in a long-tailed boat is a must - you will see the most beautiful beaches and have a chance to snorkel amongst tropical fish in the crystal clear waters. One of these islands is uninhabited, and it is here that the movie 'The Beach' was filmed in the Phi Phi islands.
Krabi Town is worth a visit for the night market, as well as just wandering round this charming little town. More energetic is a climb of Tiger Monastery, where is it possible to get to the top for spectacular views.
