Paradis   (5*)
Mauritius
The truly spectacular setting of Paradis
The Paradis has the most stunning location in Mauritius. It sits on Le Morne peninsula with a dramatic backdrop and in our opinion by far the best white sandy beach in Mauritius.
There are a choice of 4 restaurants, plus another 4 next door at Dinarobin which means you can eat at a different restaurant every night with a variety of themes and menus. In the evening, why not take a little boat to Le Ravanne restaurant and start your evening in the most romantic way possible?
Paradis has its own championship golf course, and there are also a further two courses close by. There is an excellent spa, but an even more luxurious one next door at Dinarobin which is available for guests of the Paradis to use.
The atmosphere is chilled and relaxed, not too quiet and not too noisy. There is plenty of sunbeds around the large swimming pool, however the beaches really are spectacular. At night there is a band or show which makes a great end to the evening.
To sum up, we recommend the Paradis for high-end accommodation - the rooms are very smart - and a chilled out, relaxing stay in a truly amazing location.
