The hotel is in a great location in the resort of Sanur and has been designed in typical Balinese style with courtyards, gardens, pools, Indonesian fabrics and local wood. There are several restaurants within the hotel itself, but you will also be within walking distance of many other bars and restaurants in Sanur. One of the nicest places to eat here is the Pizza Ria which is down by the beachfront at the Hyatt.

The spa is typical of the classic Balinese style, built around a courtyard with free standing villas and open air pavilions. There are several wonderfully relaxing treatments available using essential oils such as rosemary, lemongrass, eucalyptus and pine.
