Does booking your holiday make you frustrated?
It’s a strange fact that in the age of the internet it is probably far more time consuming now to book a holiday than it used to be. I have known people to spend hours on-line in the hope of finding something cheaper than the quote they already have, only to be so frustrated that they are driven mad.

- Offers that look great…until you add fuel supplements, taxes, flight meals, transfers etc
- Offers that look great…until you read the reviews of the hotel! When you see something like “Barbados from £599”, it is normally based on the cheapest possible hotel, and when you actually dig deeper, you're not really going to stay there.
- Call centres with expensive 0870 numbers…which let you hang on and on until you feel like hitting the phone!
